Relaxing, Full Body Massage
£45 per hour £60 per hour and a half
Relaxing music, essential oils and soft lighting combine to create a haven of relaxation. I will use longer strokes and some gentle kneading to help relieve stress and muscle tension during this full body treatment. Expect to leave calm and nourished.
Head to toe.
Deep Tissue, Full Body Massage
£55 per hour £70 per hour and a half
This massage, while still relaxing, uses firmer strokes and targeted pressure to relieve tension in deeper layers of muscle tissue. Expect to leave relaxed and relieved from minor muscle aches and pains.
Back, Head and Feet
£45 per hour
Focus on the Big 3! It's no secret we hold a large amount of tension in these 3 main areas. Indulge in an hour of focused massage on the areas that need it most. Expect to leave renewed and relaxed.
Indian Head Massage
£45 per 50 minutes
+Add Foot Massage £5 for 10 minutes
Indian head massage or ‘Champissage’ from the
Hindi word ‘Champi’ is a massage focusing on the upper back, arms, shoulders, neck, face and scalp. Soothing massage stokes encourage deep relaxation, while movements such as tapotement and frictions create an uplifting effect on the upper body and scalp.
This treatment may release endorphins and may lead to improvement of scalp and hair conditions.
Reiki
£10 for 15 minutes
The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy. It is considered by many to be a type of energy healing. During treatment, I will place my hands just above certain points on the body with the intention of increasing energy flow. Some cleints find this treatment helps them to feel more grounded and calm. This treament works well before and after massage.
